Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the purchase date. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement of the original item, as per your preference. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
